Taiwo I Ajao MPH BSN RNC-MNN, Managing Director
Taiwo “tia” Ajao obtained her Master’s in Public Health degree from the George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services where she studied Prevention and Community Health with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health. Now a Graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School Of Nursing and a HRSA Nurse Corps Scholar, she enjoys a career as a certified Maternal-Newborn Nurse and Educator. “Tia” intends to use her expertise to break down barriers to effective public health outreach, improve perinatal impact and promote the integration of passionate people into community engagement. 

Dr. OlaWale H Ajao MA ,Creative Director
Co-Owner, and husband, Dr. OlaWale Ajao, is an internationally-trained medical doctor who obtained a Master's of Art in Communications with a concentration in Producing for Film and Video from The American University in Washington DC. With an interest in the fundamental understanding of health by the masses, and as a Certified Professional Photographer, blogger, artist, graphic designer, and budding producer, he meshes the creative and health aspects of our services quite wellDrAjao is also the Director of Productions of Vomoz Media, an innovative Communications Company.


Ijeoma Adetoye CPA, Fiscal Officer
Ijeoma Adetoye is aCertified Public Accountant with twelve years of experience providing audit and advisory services. She has extensive experience in accounting management, financial reporting & consolidation and performance audits in various industries, including shipping and transportation, telecommunications, non-profit organizations and government agencies. She has a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos, Lagos and is a member of the Association of Government Accountants, Washington D.C. Chapter. Ijeoma has supported us long before we even began and we are so excited to have her as part of our ACTion Team!

Ashlee Johnson, Hello Mommy Program Officer

AshleeJaye comes on-board as our Consultant for Natural Childbirth and Breastfeeding Education. Having enjoyed a water birth with her own son, Ashlee advocates for young & vulnerable women who desire the natural birth experience. She shines as a wife and mother, as well as a community activist, mentor, natural birth instructor, breastfeeding advocate, and doula. Ashlee aims to "Be A Bridge..." from people to the resources needed for their success. Her mission with us is to extend the gift of natural birth knowledge and preparation to vulnerable & at-risk families.

Ashlee is our high school Baby Basics Mom's Club Facilitator, and is our official partner and Program Officer for Hello Mommy Birth Support.

Crystal is our Consultant for the #HBNM Campaign, ModelAdvocates and AdvocateMUAs. From her involvement at the campaign launch in February 2014, she remains committed to the community via this unique beauty empowerment advocacy initiative.

Dr. Ojombo Gbemisola Boyede, Noah's Ark Mission
Dr. Boyede is a Pediatrician who serves in Nigeria, West Africa. She is passionate about providing health education for parents via social media outlets and engages in the community regularly via medical missions and outreaches. Dr. Boyede leads her own initiative called Ask The Pediatrician and comes on board as a resource and guide on the new Noah's Ark Medical Clinic and Mission initiative as well as serve on the Health Education Committee.

Dr Dayo Akinwolemiwa, Noah's Ark Mission

Dr. Akinwolemiwa is a medical doctor and US trained public health professional who also has a current focus in Nigeria, West Africa. Dr. Akinwolemiwa comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and exposure in healthcare and preventative medicine. Dr. Akinwolemiwa will serve on The Noah's Ark Mission Committee, as well as the Professional Development and Grant Funding Committee.

Christina Benjamin MPH MCHES CLC
Christina Benjamin is an Early Head Start/Head Start Program Consultant in the metro Washington, DC area.  For over ten years, Christina has been involved in cultivating relationships and collaborating with community-based organizations and federal agencies to improve school readiness, maternal and child health, family engagement for diverse communities.  Previously, she worked as the Special Liaison to the Office to Head Start with the Early Head Start National Resource Center at ZERO TO THREE.  She provided training, technical assistance and support to the Office of Head Start on the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program, Early Head Start/Healthy Start Collaboration, and Early Head Start programs serving military and veteran families.  In addition, Christina provided leadership on projects and initiatives related to maternal and child health, breastfeeding, and services to pregnant women and expectant families. 

In addition to working with Early Head Start and Head Start programs, Christina teaches undergraduate health education courses as a Part-time Faculty member at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland.  Christina earned an Artium Baccalaureus in History at Rollins College and Master in Public Health specializing in Maternal and Child Health from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at The George Washington University.  She is also a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and recently became a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). Christina is a Sustainer member of the Junior League of Washington.  She is affiliated with the G.W. Delta Omega Public Health Honorary Society and past President of the G.W. Public Health Alumni Association.

Lola Oguntomilade MPH
Lola Oguntomilade is a Maternal and Child Health Professional with a life mission of advocating for, supporting, and ultimately empowering vulnerable women, youth and children to reach their full potential for the glory of God. She brings over 15 years of experience in public health research and evaluation, local organization capacity development, and strategic partnership building. Her passion is for designing, developing and managing projects to reduce disparities and improve health outcomes; and has provided this technical and management support to numerous community, State,and Federal public agencies as well as various international non-governmental organizations.  She is also an experienced health educator and curriculum developer. Ms. Oguntomilade holds an M.P.H. degree from George Washington University; a B.S. degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Delaware; and a graduate certificate in Instructional Systems Development from University of Maryland Baltimore County. She is a proud wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. Ms. Oguntomilade enjoys reading, traveling, and sharing what she has learnt from reading and traveling with others.

Dr. Ifeyinwa Udo DrPH CPH
Ifeyinwa (Ify) Udo is a Health Scientist at the CDC.  She completed a fellowship at the Yale School of Public Health where she conducted research on the intersection of Gender Based Violence and HIV.  Prior to joining Yale, she worked as a contractor at the NIH Office of Disease Prevention where she contributed to the development of a portfolio analysis  tool for prevention research. As the team lead on this project, Ify  hired, trained  and supervised 15 research analysts.  She worked as a consultant for the World Health Organization, providing technical support to country offices in developing tobacco control interventions for women and children and with Harvard school of Public Health Research Program on Children and Global Adversity,  where  she provided technical expertise in developing early childhood development toolkit. She has worked in different capacities in Maternal and Child Health, including gender based violence  programming, early childhood development, and child protection.  Ify holds a doctoral degree in Public Health (with a concentration in Epidemiology), from Morgan State University and a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Baltimore.

Nike Fatoki MAID CTM CL
Nike Campbell-Fatoki is an author, playwright and producer.  She is also the founder of Our Paths to Greatness  a 501(c) 3 Not-for-profit organization that provides access to educational and professional opportunities, leadership training to underserved Africans in Africa and in the diaspora, fosters and facilitates African arts and cultural education and collaborates on sustainable development projects for the African community.  The organization seeks to celebrate the accomplishments of Africans, dispelling the negative myths of this great continent, and inspire many to go after their dreams. Nike dabbles in poetry, has a passion for mentoring, and is an advocate for domestic violence victims.  She is the owner and creative director of Eclectic Goodies, an African-inspired home décor company. Her passion continues as she seeks to have a positive impact in people’s lives where ever she goes.  She does this through the platforms available to her - writing, blogging, and public speaking. Her historical fiction novel Thread of Gold Beads has been adapted into a stage play.  Her second book, a collection of contemporary short stories, We Hold Our Peace, will be released in Summer of 2016. She is presently writing her a second historical fiction novel. 
Nike holds a Master of Arts degree in International Development from American University, with a focus on Community Development and Basic Needs, and a Bachelor of Arts in economics, minor is political science from Howard University, Washington, DC

Tiffany McKinney MPH
Tiffany McKinney is a PublicHealthProfessional, aPro Makeup Artist, aBeauty Educator and anengagingMotivatorbased in Maryland. Tiffany owns&operates Tiffanys Glam Suite, LLC, a full service Beauty Suite where women can come to receive an inner and outer beauty experience. Clients have an array of makeup, skin care services and a variety of beauty and fashion accessories at their fingertips to choose from. Tiffany is also a MAC Pro artist with 10 years of experience in various aspects of makeup artistry such as beauty, fashion, runway, media, print and bridal. 
Tiffany’s love of makeup and fashion began at the tender age of 5. Creative outlets such as singing, theater, music videos, beauty commercials, magazines and movies all influenced her intrigue and love of makeup and fashion. Tiffany has been very fortunate to train under some of the industry’s top Makeup Artist such as Celebrity Makeup Artist’s Renny Vasquez, Sam Fine and Alexandra Butler to name a few. Tiffany feels that her purpose as a makeup artist is to not only touch faces but to touch the soul of every one of her client’s. She loves to empower and inspire women. In concert with that mission she has worked on projects such as Lyfesavers: a web series that allows cancer survivors to share their story while inspiring other cancer warriors to continue to Live, Love and Laugh. Tiffany is a passionate makeup artist who believes her chief goal is to ENHANCE every woman’s natural beauty, EQUIP and EDUCATE her with makeup knowledge and EMPOWER her spirit in the process.”

Rosie Conklin RN BSN
Rose “Rosita” Conklin hascollaborated withTogetherInspirationActson numerous projects since 2014. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she has been a public health professional and servant in Maternal and Child Health since her Peace Corps service in Guatemala (2008-2011). There, she worked with diverse indigenous rural school communities, especially mothers and their children, to obtain access to water, sanitation and health education. Upon returning to her hometown in DC, she worked in Early Intervention, a home-visiting program to provide services to families whose children aged 0-3 have developmental disabilities. These experiences led her to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Her current role is as a Community Health Registered Nurse in a DC clinic, including as a Perinatal Educator.

Jenny Jensen RN BSN
Jenny Jensen is a Travel Nurse Specialist and formerly a Registered Nurse at a Level IV NICU in Washington DC.  She is also the Founder of A Better Birth, which provides innovative private childbirth education classes and doula services.  She holds a B.S.N. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing.  Prior to her nursing career Jenny was a Foreign Service Officer in the U.S. Department of State and she served in U.S. Embassy Accra and U.S. Consulate Shanghai.  She is fluent in Chinese and graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in East Asian Studies and Economics.  Jenny is originally from Chicago, IL.  She is honored to share in the childbearing journey of so many wonderful families.

Burnice Cain MA
Burnice Cain is a dedicated member of the Beta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated. Burnice serves diligently with herChapter's Stork's Nest Program locatedat Hunt's Place Clinic under the direction of Reverend Georgia Davis. Burnice is a supporter of The March of Dimes having had her own daughter arrive prematurely at the fragile age of 26 6/7 weeks. Little Brianna had to stay under the care of Neonatologists and NICU Nurses for 70 long days. Being a NICU Mom was a life changing experience for her,butnowsheisgratefultobe the Mother of a healthy & rambunctious 3 year old. "Knowing the signs  preterm labor helped me go to the ER and deliver my baby safely. Brianna and I have now been Ambassadors for Beta Zeta's MarchforBabies walks since 2013". Burnice received her Bachelor's degree in Communications from the Historic Howard University and obtained her Masters Degree in Management from Georgetown University. Burnice also obtained a certificate from the Hanen Program, a course that empowers parents to enhance communication for their children. When Burnice is not passionately educating Momsinpreparation for their new arrivals,she is doing financial planning and taxpreparationforclients in her office in Landover.
